Hide_D fb6add83a5 fix(gateway): 프로필 초기화와 전체 배포를 직렬화 
진행 중인 프로필 RESET 또는 DEPLOY와 Gateway 전체 릴리스가 서로의 실행자를 중단하지 않도록 공통 advisory lock과 교차 RUNNING 검사를 추가한다. PostgreSQL 통합 테스트로 동시 claim과 후속 실행을 검증한다.

Hide_D 2d302a5f91 refactor: tRPC 조회 입력을 JSON 본문으로 전송 
브라우저의 Gateway·Game tRPC 클라이언트를 POST JSON 전송으로 통일하고 서버의 query method override를 허용한다. GET mutation 거부 계약과 production Chromium 요청 형태를 회귀 테스트로 고정한다.

Hide_D 346f796cfc fix: 모든 토너먼트 writer의 source revision을 원자화 
API store뿐 아니라 월 자동 개막과 runtime clock shift도 공통 Lua writer를 사용한다. 프로필 초기화 시 revision key도 함께 제거한다.

Hide_D 34a6be0c44 fix(game-engine): 밀린 턴을 월 경계별로 처리 
실시간 게임 시계가 여러 달 앞선 경우 장수 턴을 현재 월 경계까지만 실행해 월 표시와 상태 전이 순서를 보존한다. 턴 데몬 전용 NODE_OPTIONS도 지원해 다른 런타임 프로세스와 heap 상한을 분리한다.

Hide_D 48d94e5ff2 feat: Ref 호환 접속 제한과 벌점 초기화 구현 
실행 중인 프로필에서만 접속 벌점을 누적하고 제한 임계값과 대상 경로를 Ref 순서에 맞춘다. 자기 턴 명령 성공 시 순간 점수를 같은 flush에서 초기화하며 월간 누적 감쇠는 유지한다. 제한 중 메인 자동 갱신과 실시간 구독을 중지하고 수동 갱신 성공 시 복구한다.
