fix(game-ui): 턴 입력 카테고리를 유지

Browse Source 
개인턴과 사령턴 선택기가 다시 열릴 때 저장된 분류를 최초 상태로 복원한다. 입력 후 재개방과 새 페이지 복원을 실제 Chromium 회귀로 고정한다.
